For example, will the tradesman provide the quality of work you expect, and will he make a charge appropriate to the amount of work involved and the level of skill required?
Will the tradesman turn up on time when he promised, and will he complete the work within the timeframe specified?
If there is a subsequent problem with the work, will he come back and rectify any deficiencies in the original work speedily and without charge?
